Selling at Swap and Shop is a great way to sell your stuff and make some extra cash!

Gates open at 8:00 AM for sellers. Since the gates don't open for shoppers until 9 AM, you have about an hour to get setup before the crowds arrive.

Spaces are on a first come-first serve basis. So if you want the best spots, show up early. 

Sellers pay a per space fee of $6 to sell at Swap and Shop at The Caves. Spaces are approx. 25ft long and 20 ft. deep. You may park your vehicle in your space or you may unload your sale items and park in the regular parking lot.

Items you are selling can be displayed on tables, tarps or on the ground. When displaying your items, they all must be within the marked area and not on adjacent spaces or in the roadway. You may also set up a canopy over your space, but all 4 corners must be anchored by at least 20 lbs weight (attaching 2 corners to your vehicle is also acceptable). No staking is allowed.
